Tana Community Guidelines

Effective date: September 30, 2026
Last updated: September 30, 2026

Tana is a place to meet people, share moments, and talk in live voice rooms. These rules apply to profiles, room names and covers, live voice, public room messages, private messages, Moments, images, audio, and every other part of Tana.

Tana does not offer anonymous posting. You may use a display name, but activity remains associated with an account identifier so that reports and safety actions can be investigated.

1. Protect minors

We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material, grooming, sexual exploitation, or sexualized content involving minors. Never request, create, possess, share, or direct another person to such material. We may remove content and accounts, preserve relevant evidence, and report apparent exploitation to appropriate authorities.

2. No sexual exploitation or non-consensual content

Do not share pornography, non-consensual intimate content, sexual services, sexual coercion, or content that exploits another person. Never threaten to publish intimate or private material.

3. No threats, violence, self-harm promotion, or dangerous conduct

Do not make credible threats, encourage violence, glorify self-harm, organize dangerous acts, or celebrate serious harm. If someone appears to be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

4. No harassment, bullying, or hate

Do not target another person with repeated unwanted contact, humiliation, stalking, intimidation, or sexual harassment. Do not attack, dehumanize, or exclude people based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, or another protected characteristic.

5. Protect privacy and identity

Do not disclose another person's home address, government identifier, financial information, private contact details, or other sensitive information without permission. Do not impersonate another person or organization, create a deceptive identity, or misrepresent your affiliation.

6. No scams, spam, or illegal activity

Do not use Tana for fraud, phishing, spam, market manipulation, trafficking, illegal goods or services, malware, account theft, or instructions that facilitate serious wrongdoing. Do not manipulate engagement or use automation to scrape, contact, or disrupt users.

7. Respect intellectual property

Share only content you own or are authorized to use. Do not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights. Rights holders may submit a detailed complaint to JaydonKanae5411@outlook.com.

8. Reporting unsafe content

Use the in-app report option available from user profiles, rooms, room messages, private messages, Moments, and other supported content. Choose the closest reason and provide useful context. Do not file knowingly false or abusive reports. You may also send a safety report to JaydonKanae5411@outlook.com.

9. Blocking and personal controls

You can block a user from supported profile and chat menus. You can review or unblock users from Me > Settings > Blacklist. Blocking limits supported interactions but cannot erase material already received or guarantee that two people will never appear in the same public room.

10. How we enforce these rules

We may use technical controls, user reports, and human review to screen and investigate content or conduct. Depending on the context, we may warn a user; delay, limit, or remove content; mute or remove a person from a room; restrict features; suspend or terminate an account; preserve evidence; or notify authorities. We consider severity, context, prior violations, and risk of harm. Serious conduct may result in immediate action.

11. Questions and review requests

If you believe a moderation decision was made in error, email JaydonKanae5411@outlook.com with your Tana account code, the affected content or feature, and a concise explanation. We will review available information and respond within a reasonable time.
